Before writing

• Check that you are using the latest version of the app.
• For an import issue, keep the exported backup file available.
• For a problem with AI, do not include sensitive information in your email. AI services are optional and controlled by the service you select.

Keeping your journal safe

Your journal lives on your device. Use the in-app export feature before changing phones, resetting a device, or removing the app, then import the file on the new device.
